SLSA unite and provide the Chinese-American seniors and local community with a good service, help them understand American culture, focus on keeping their fitness and intelligence; develop social recreation, and fulfilling elderly life; promote Chinese elderly to abide by laws and regulations and safeguard their rights and interests.

SLSA encourage members to participate the cherishing public performances; being a partner of senior and health departments of state and county, commitment to health and wellbeing of the local community etc.; organizing an annual free medical checking-up for the seniors with low income and no health insurance.
